Damaged Items

All or candles are packed securely to ensure they arrive safely.

If a candle has been damaged in transit and arrives broken please contact us (Within 10 business days of delivery).

Please ensure you attach a photo of the packaging, the parcel ( clearly showing your reference number) and the damaged item.

All contents must be included in the photo in order for us to give you a replacement.


All our candles are custom handmade soy candles that are made to order.

We are based in Western Australia.

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order.

For domestic orders please allow up to 12 business days to receive your order.

You will receive tracking information and shipment updates via email.

If you do not receive your order within this time please email us at so we can investigate further.

We do not have express shipping available as of yet. If urgent please ensure you order ahead of time.
